How to Exercise Your Rights

Verification: We may request additional information to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf if they provide proof of authorization and we can verify your identity.

Timing: We will respond within 45 days, or notify you of an extension of up to 45 additional days when reasonably necessary. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response or by writing "Privacy Appeal" to the postal address above.

Opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising: Contact us as described above or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" controls available in the Site footer where provided. We process Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where required by law.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

HIPAA and Health Information

Absolute Best Pharmacies is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and the Site is not designed to receive protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Do not submit medical records, prescription numbers, or other sensitive medical details. If you voluntarily share health-related information, we treat it as sensitive, use it only to address your inquiry, and do not use it for targeted advertising.

Security

Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia
